Satisfaction Guarantee

Services provided by Newpath IT are bound by our Unconditional Satisfaction Guarantee*. What does this mean?

The IT consulting and services industry is cluttered with claims of excellence and assertions of quality ("we deliver the best service" or "we employ the best people" are popular ones that are commonly used). While these claims and assertions may certainly be true, how do you know before you lay your money on the table that these companies will actually deliver what they promise? You don't.

What these companies are essentially saying are: "we are committed to delivering you the best services with the best people, but if we fail to please you, we expect to be paid anyway"!

Newpath IT has a genuine commitment to your complete satisfaction. At the completion of the project if you are not completely satisfied with our services, we will, at your option, waive up to 25% of the once-off Professional Services fees for the project. During the project we will progressively bill you 75% of our Professional Services fees. At the conclusion of the project, you (and you alone) will decide what our work was worth, and you (and you alone) will decide your level of satisfaction and pay us a final balloon payment commensurate with your level of satisfaction.

This final payment will either be a minimum of 0% (if you are not satisfied with our work) or any amount up to 25% of our fees depending on your level of satisfaction (of course, we will gladly accept any final payment amount over 25% if we suitably exceed our expectations! And we hope we do!).

So, ultimately, you decide what you pay us based on our performance. That's Newpath IT's commitment to you.

* Conditions apply. The Unconditional Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to Newpath IT Professional Services fees. It does not apply to hardware and/or software purchases, hardware vendor's annual maintenance fees or software vendor's annual maintenance fees, or any other fees that do not relate to Newpath IT Professional Services fees.

Our pricing guarantee gives you the confidence that your project will be delivered for the agreed price, regardless of time spent. Rather than watching the clock, we deliver what we promise - an agreed project scope and deliverables at an agreed fixed price to your 100% satisfaction.

* Pricing Guarantee applys to project-based professional services fees only and excludes ad-hoc support fees and help desk support contract fees.
