Newpath IT has developed its own Project Management Methodology in line with industry best practices and ISO9000 certification requirements. Projects managed by Newpath IT have an assigned project manager who will plan and coordinate the project through each phase until its conclusion and formal sign-off.
The project manager is your single point of contact for all aspects of the project.
